Our Mood Depends on our Food

Girls, let’s be straight for a minute. Have you ever been on your period and all you want is chocolate? There’s a reason for that, and boys this applies to you too. According to a study in the Journal of Psychopharmacology, chocolate is a joy stimulant. Chocolate, along with other foods as well, keep you more calm and content throughout the day such as: foods with protein, bananas, coffee and tea, purple berries, etc. However, good always comes with bad, doesn’t it? There are foods that put you in a bad mood also. This includes sugar, gluten, and of course processed foods. Just be mindful of what you’re eating, it just may set your mood for the day.
